Parham Eftekhari is the Executive Director of the Institute for Critical Infrastructure Technology (ICIT), the nation’s leading cybersecurity Think Tank. Combining 15 years of technology experience with a lifelong passion for leadership and community engagement, Parham is privileged to advise executives at some of the world’s top public and private sector organizations, build strategic alliances, and create thought leadership programs focused on national security, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. Parham is responsible for managing the Institute’s content strategy which consists of research publications, executive briefings, and digital engagement initiatives. In this capacity, Parham regularly engages with the media, has contributed to over a dozen publications, and has developed or led over 100 educational briefings and events at institutions including TEDx, Congress, the World Bank, RSA, (ISC)2, and C-SPAN. He is also the founder of CamPath Webcam Covers and was a co-founder of GTRA, which in its prime was one of Washington D.C.'s leading public-private sector executive collaboration organizations. Parham is a graduate from the University of Wisconsin Madison’s School of Business and is fluent in French and Farsi.
